Frequently asked questions

Can I take this capsule in the morning instead of evening?
You can, but most people find evening use works best for sleep support. If you're using it primarily for pain or tension relief during the day, morning or midday dosing is fine.
Will this make me feel drowsy or impaired?
CBD isolate contains no THC, so it won't cause a high or impairment. Some people feel gently relaxed, which is why evening use is recommended if you're new to CBD.
