How to use
  1. Add 2 scoops, 15g, to 150–250ml full cream milk, water or Rooibos herbal infusion.
  2. Shake well until mixed.
  3. Alternatively, mix into 150ml full cream plain yoghurt.
  4. Use any time during the day as part of a balanced lifestyle.
  5. Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C.
