Whenever I drink this Vitamin E, it is a huge HELP. It calms my hot flush down and balance me. If I don't drink it, I get a hot flush. This works so well and helps with hot flushes and even stop my menstruation pain.

Vitamin E and Hot Flushes
My mother-in-law really suffers from menopause. She bought the Vitamin E and after a week of using it, she no longer had those pesky hot Flushes! And this was during a heat wave we experienced in the Lowveld.
