  • Retinol - a form of vitamin A that penetrates deeper into the skin to support cell renewal and visibly boost collagen, helping to improve firmness and skin refinement.Retinyl palmitate - a gentle form of vitamin A that gradually transforms within the skin to support ongoing renewal, helping to improve skin texture while reducing the risk of dryness or irritation.

  • Ceramides - essential lipids that help strengthen the skin’s barrier, lock in moisture and support repair, keeping skin hydrated, resilient and more supple while helping to reduce visible signs of ageing.

How to use
  1. Place a small amount into the palm of your hand and gently spread it between both palms.
  2. Press on gently and smooth onto the face and neck before applying your Forever Young Anti-Ageing or Essense Treatment products, followed by the night cream best suited to your skin.
  3. In the morning, always finish with Essense Skin Protect SPF 50.

Use:

  • Start by using 2–3 nights per week for the first 4 weeks.
  • Gradually increase to nightly use as skin builds tolerance.
  • Reduce use to every second or third night if sensitivity occurs.

Special instructions:

  • Keep application to the orbital bone only, avoiding the eye area.
  • It’s very important to use Essense Skin Protect SPF 50 daily when using Retinol
  • DoNOTuse while pregnant or breastfeeding.

Frequently asked questions

I am experiencing slight sensitivity. What should I do?
This is temporary. Reduce frequency of use to every second or third day if uncomfortable. You can also buffer by applying moisturiser first, then Retinol.
Can I apply it on my eye area?
No. Keep application to the orbital bone and avoid eyelids and corners.
Can I use this if I am new to retinoids?
Yes. The combination of Retinol and Retinyl Palmitate with ceramides makes this formula gentler and suitable for those new to retinoids or returning after a break.
Do I need to wear sunscreen when using this product?
Yes. Retinoids increase sun sensitivity, so daily SPF is essential to protect your skin from UV damage.
Can I use this during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
No. Retinol is not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
