While there currently exists no cure for Alzheimer’s disease (AD), preliminary studies with Rooibos extracts have shown that the tisane may be able to reduce the risk and onset of neurodegenerative diseases.

Alzheimer’s Disease is a progressive illness that destroys memory and other important mental functions and affects an estimated 55 million people worldwide.

In recent decades, there has been a significant rise in Alzheimer’s cases globally and in South Africa – largely due to unhealthy lifestyles, which often lead to chronic illnesses like diabetes, hypertension and cardiovascular disease. Another risk is old age. As life expectancy increases, more people are reaching ages where neurodegenerative diseases are becoming more common, necessitating the development of new, more effective therapies.

Two prominent South African scientists, who have been studying Rooibos and brain health for several years, attribute the tisane’s neuroprotective effect to its unique combination of polyphenolic compounds, including other rare antioxidants, like Aspalathin and nothofagin, that help the body to detoxify and rid itself of harmful free radicals caused by oxidative stress. Over time, oxidative stress leads to inflammation and many pathophysiological (abnormal) conditions in the body. Some of these include Parkinson’s disease, chronic fatigue syndrome, heart disease and Alzheimer’s.

Some animal studies have also shown that Rooibos extracts might positively influence specific memory and cognitive function pathways, however further examination is needed before firm conclusions can be drawn.

Novel research being done by Dr Taskeen Fathima Docrat, a scientist based at Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) aims to unravel the intricate biological mechanisms that are involved in brain health to gain a clearer understanding of how and to what extent Rooibos can prevent Alzheimer’s disease.

Caption: Dr Docrat working with her Alzheimer’s in vitro model within a controlled cell culture environment.

“We've delved explicitly into the intricate world of epigenetics, which is the study of how our behaviours and the environment can change the way our genes work without altering the underlying DNA sequence.  Unlike genetic changes, epigenetic changes are reversible and can change how your body reads a DNA sequence. Mitochondria are known as the powerhouse of a cell because they are responsible for generating energy in the form of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). Sometimes Mitochondria don't work as well as they should due to another disease or condition in the cell – this is called Mitochondrial dysfunction. Many conditions can lead to secondary mitochondrial dysfunction, including Alzheimer's disease, muscular dystrophy and Type 1 diabetes. We've been particularly interested in understanding how Rooibos could influence oxidative stress-related biomarkers, and gene and microRNA regulation related to mitochondrial dysfunction in Alzheimer's disease. This line of research takes a holistic approach by examining multiple factors and their interactions.

“We are comparing the effects of fermented (red) and unfermented (green) Rooibos to help us understand the potential benefits of different Rooibos types comprehensively. Comparing the effects of different Rooibos types not only contributes to a more nuanced understanding of their potential impacts in protecting against Alzheimer's, but also provides insights into how variations in processing might influence their bioactive properties.

“Although we are still busy with these studies, preliminary findings look promising, suggesting that Rooibos could positively impact these factors.”

She says the insights they are gathering will guide the design of future human clinical trials to explore Rooibos' effects in real-world scenarios.

“Currently we are laying the foundation for potentially developing supplements that could act preventatively,” remarks Dr Docrat.

Another prominent researcher from Stellenbosch University and professor of molecular physiology, Ben Loos, has done extensive research in the last 12 years on Alzheimer’s disease and neuronal ageing, malignant brain tumours, as well as neuronal injury and trauma. His research has focused specifically on autophagy activity, which is an intracellular degradation process that allows cells to recycle damaged components to generate energy and provide building blocks to create new cellular structures. In gist, autophagy acts as a housekeeping mechanism to ensure that damaged parts of the cell are rapidly digested (eaten) and cleared from the cell.

In recent years, defects in autophagy function, which happens with ageing, have been associated with the development of cancer and Alzheimer’s disease.

Various animal models and cellular studies indicate that increased autophagy activity may play a role in improved longevity and a longer lifespan.

Loos’ aim is to prevent or delay the dying of cells. He says over the last few years it has become very clear that the biggest risk for the development of AD is aging.

“We all age differently. Some age poorly – usually associated with poor lifestyle choices, while others age healthily. So, we started to look at the molecular hallmarks of aging, which include mitochondrial dysfunction, oxidative damage and the accumulation of toxic protein aggregates. In doing so, we came across the potential health benefits of Rooibos and was curious about how it would impact these markers. If it acted on some of those parameters positively, we thought, it could likely reduce the risk of neurodegeneration.

“Our current research assesses the effect of Rooibos extract on damaged/diseased mitochondria – mimicking AD, which has shown that when we treat neurons with the extract, mitochondrial volume increases. This indicates that Rooibos is indeed acting on a very important part that controls cell energetics and cell health. Preliminary data also shows that the Rooibos extract preserves cell membrane integrity.”

Applying leading edge imaging technologies to unravel the molecular make-up of a dying and diseased cell, allows Loos and his team to gain a deeper understanding of cell dynamics and how they respond (fight) to survive a stressful event.

Caption: Neuronal cell, imaged in 3D, showing actively respiring mitochondria (red) under control conditions (left) and when treated with an equivalent of three cups of fermented (red) Rooibos (right), the mitochondria increase in volume and size of their network, becoming thicker and denser in phenotype. Blue shows the nucleus, which houses the DNA of the cell. Mitochondria are important to produce energy (ATP) and to keep cells healthy.

Caption: Living neurons are captured using 3D image acquisition on this confocal/super-resolution microscope. From left: Catherine Smit (MSc student), Sholto de Wet (PhD student) and Prof Ben Loos.

Loos says they designed the research so that it is more translatable to humans.

“The cells are all treated with an equivalent amount of either three or six cups of Rooibos, so that a low and high concentration can be compared. We also use fermented (red) and non-fermented (green) Rooibos. Our results show that at both low and high concentrations of fermented and non-fermented Rooibos extract, mitochondrial function was improved.”

Once Loos and his team have completed their current study, they will turn their focus to how effective Rooibos impacts the process of ‘rubbish removal’ in the neuron (autophagy).

“If we can show that Rooibos extracts increases the cell’s ability to remove toxic protein cargo, such as amyloid beta, by enhancing autophagy, this would be a massive finding. Autophagy, which increases upon fasting or exercise, has been shown to directly rescue diseased Alzheimer’s neurons.

“Such a finding would be very direct evidence of the effect of Rooibos on cell health and healthy aging. We would also want to introduce an even better model for Alzheimer’s disease, where we can switch on the production of these toxic proteins and measure whether the presence of Rooibos can decrease the toxic burden. In the future, we would like to measure the effect of Rooibos on the mitochondria and autophagy in human blood cells to have an even better translational value,” says Loos.

Both Dr Docrat’s and Prof Loos's research approaches offer multifaceted insights into Rooibos's potential benefits against Alzheimer's, covering cellular and molecular aspects.

World Alzheimer’s Month (this September) is set aside to raise more awareness and discussion around the disease and the worldwide necessity of finding new potential disease-modifying therapies. To date, only symptomatic treatments exist – all trying to counterbalance the neurotransmitter disturbance. Treatments capable of stopping or at least effectively modifying the course of Alzheimer’s, are encouraged given the rise in incidence. By 2050, the number of cases is set to increase to 139 million, with low- and middle-income countries experiencing the most significant increase.

Rooibos research is supported by the SARC in collaboration with the Department of Science & Innovation’s Sector Innovation Fund Programme.

Rooibos Facial Moisturisers: The Ultimate Skin Saviors for That Fresh Glow - 0 Comments

Rooibos Facial Moisturisers: The Ultimate Skin Saviors for That Fresh Glow

Our skin is a remarkable organ, acting as a shield against the outside world and safeguarding our body. To maintain healthy skin, proper hydration is essential, and that's where facial moisturisers play a significant role. Often overlooked, these products offer numerous benefits for overall skin health and appearance. In this blog, we will explore why using a facial moisturiser should be an indispensable part of your skin care routine.

Hydration for Glowing Skin:

Our facial skin faces constant exposure to harsh elements like pollution, UV radiation, and extreme weather conditions. These factors can rob the skin of its natural moisture, leading to dryness, irritation and flakiness. Facial moisturisers create a protective barrier that locks in moisture, maintaining optimal hydration levels. Well-hydrated skin appears plumper, smoother, and more radiant.

Combat Signs of Ageing:

As we age, the skin's ability to retain moisture diminishes, causing fine lines and wrinkles to form. Facial moisturisers, especially those with Rooibos, can combat signs of ageing through their antioxidant benefits. Antioxidants neutralize harmful molecules that break down collagen, promoting premature ageing. Regular use helps reduce wrinkles, preserving a youthful and supple complexion.

Balance and Regulation:

Dealing with oily or combination skin can lead to breakouts and acne. Surprisingly, skipping moisturiser to reduce oiliness can worsen the problem. When the skin lacks proper hydration, it compensates by producing more sebum, exacerbating oiliness. Opt for a lightweight, facial moisturiser to balance oil production, like Hydrafine Moisturiser for combination skin, Face Facts Moisturiser for oily or problem skin and Rooibos Skin Moisturiser for normal skin - minimizing clogged pores and blemishes.

Protection and Repair:

Beyond hydration, many facial moisturisers are enriched with antioxidants, vitamins, and nourishing ingredients that shield the skin from free radicals and environmental damage. Moisturisers for dry skin, Like Lucid Moisturiser for Dry Skin, Lucid Moisture Lotion and Sensitív Moisturiser for dry/sensitive skin aid in repairing the skin's natural barrier, making it resilient against external aggress.

Soothing and Calming:

Sensitive or irritated skin requires gentle care. Specifically formulated moisturisers with tailor-made ingredients offer a soothing effect, reducing redness and discomfort.

Don't underestimate the significance of a facial moisturiser in your daily skin care routine. Proper hydration is essential for maintaining healthy, radiant skin, and a good moisturiser delivers multiple benefits, including anti-ageing properties, oil production balance, protection against environmental damage, and soothing sensitive skin. Regardless of your skin type, Annique Rooibos offers suitable facial moisturisers for all skin types. Find yours and make it an integral part of your skin care ritual. Embrace the transformation and let your skin glow with vitality!

Rooibos adds new flavour to Craft Beer industry (4 August is International Beer Day) - 0 Comments

Rooibos adds new flavour to Craft Beer industry (4 August is International Beer Day)

Reference:  Issued by Meropa Communications on behalf of the SA Rooibos Council.

This Friday (August 4) is International Beer Day when lovers of the brew from around the globe will be flocking to pubs and breweries to enjoy a cold one.

Beer is arguably the world’s most beloved drink. The British drink theirs warm, Americans drink theirs ice-cold and South Africans like it chilled…

Our nation consumes roughly 34.47 million hectolitres (hl) of ale annually, which makes us the world’s 12th largest beer-consuming nation.

Craft Beer

But the way we drink beer is evolving. Once dominated by mass-produced lagers, the market has evolved into a dynamic landscape brimming with craft breweries, innovative flavours and a burgeoning consumer base.

To cater to diverse consumer preferences, breweries have pushed the boundaries of flavour innovation. Spices, fruit and herbal tisanes, like Rooibos, have found their way into beer recipes, resulting in intriguing blends that reflect the country’s rich culinary heritage.

Adele du Toit, spokesperson for the SA Rooibos Council says the small-batch, all-natural brewing market has experienced a surge in popularity.

“For modern consumers, homebrewing and/or enjoying unique and diverse beer flavours add value to the experience. Homebrewing allows beer enthusiasts to experiment with different ingredients and brewing techniques, which provide them with a chance to create personalised and one-of-a-kind (signature) brews.

“It also allows individuals to be creative with their beer recipes. They can experiment with various hops, malts, yeast strains, and extras to craft beers tailored to their preferences. This level of customisation is not always possible with commercial beers.”

She says the use of Rooibos in beer has found increasing favour among craft brewers the world over with dozens of Rooibos-infused beer options now available.

“Rooibos, which is native to South Africa, has unique flavours and characteristics that can complement and enhance beer profiles. Rooibos’ mild sweetness, earthy notes, and hints of vanilla and honey adds to its appeal in beer. These flavours can add complexity and depth to various beer styles, particularly lighter or malt-forward brews.

Rooibos and Beer Image

The popularity of Rooibos in beer has been influenced by the broader interest in using unique and unconventional ingredients to create innovative and experimental beer styles, adding more diversity to the beer market.

“Some craft brewers have been trialling Rooibos during different stages of the brewing process, such as during mashing, boiling or fermentation. The tisane can be used as a substitute for water or combined with traditional brewing ingredients to infuse the beer with its distinct taste.”

She says as the craft beer movement continues to grow, brewers and consumers alike will continue to seek new taste experiences, which is likely to contribute to the appeal of Rooibos-infused brews. “With a promising future ahead, the SA beer industry is poised to continue its upward trajectory, delighting consumers with new flavours, experiences and the spirit of brewing innovation.”

For homebrewers, give this Rooibos Beer Recipe a try on International Beer Day:

Rooibos Beer Recipe

5

ml

Sugar

500

ml

Lukewarm water

10

g

Instant yeast (15 ml – 1 packet)

600

g

Castor sugar (750ml)

15

ml

Tartaric acid

Strong Rooibos tea

3.5

Cold water

Method

  1. Dissolve the 5ml sugar in 500ml lukewarm water. Sprinkle the instant yeast over and set aside until frothy, about 10 minutes.
  2. Mix the remaining dry ingredients with the liquid and juice together with the activated yeast mixture and stir until well mixed.
  3. Cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrapping and leave in a warm place for about 12 hours.
  4. Strain the mixture through a muslin cloth and pour the beer into bottles with tops. Leave in a cool place for 3 days. Chill before serving.

Hint

As the beer is very fizzy, ensure that the bottles are opened slowly and carefully, allowing the fizz to subside before totally removing the lid. It must be stored in a cool place or else the yeast will ferment too quickly, and the bottles could explode (preferably use plastic bottles).

Dealing with Dry SkinIntroducing our best-selling daily skin care range: Lucid. Designed to restore and retain moisture for a beaming, radiant and bright complexion, Annique Rooibos Lucid is the perfect solution to dry skin woes.

How do you know if you have dry or dehydrated skin? Keep an eye out for signs such as almost invisible pores, a dull and rough complexion, red patches, decreased elasticity, more visible lines, a general dry or tight feeling, uneven skin tone, and a lack of plumpness.

What sets the new Lucid range apart is the incorporation of three powerful and innovative active ingredients: Green Rooibos, pre- and probiotics, and AquaVital+. These ingredients work harmoniously to nourish and condition dry, dehydrated, and mature skin.

Green Rooibos takes center stage as a potent anti-aging ingredient, boasting high levels of antioxidants that protect the skin from free radicals and maintain a youthful appearance. Additionally, it is an ideal choice for individuals with acne, eczema, psoriasis, and other challenging skin conditions. Rooibos is the hypoallergenic solution to soothe redness, itching, and rashes.

The inclusion of pre- and probiotics in the Lucid range is a game-changer. Just as probiotics benefit our digestive system, they also play a crucial role in maintaining a healthy balance on our skin. These beneficial microorganisms strengthen the skin's barrier against invaders and restore the skin's natural pH, resulting in a calmer and more comfortable complexion. Probiotics work synergistically with prebiotics, which act as fuel, allowing probiotics to thrive and multiply.

Enter AquaVital+, the ingredient that creates a moisture reservoir in the skin. Derived from the seeds of the Peruvian plant Tara, this sophisticated plant moisturising complex creates a protective film that prevents water from evaporating rapidly. By capturing and retaining moisture, AquaVital+ ensures both immediate and long-lasting hydration, leaving your skin with a healthy glow, improved elasticity, and unparalleled softness.

The Lucid range consists of a cleanser, night cream, and freshener (apply this last) and you can choose between our best-selling moisturiser, Lucid Moisturiser for Dry Skin, or the Lucid Moisture Lotion. The Moisture Lotion has a thinner consistency and leaves a more matt finish than the Moisturiser for Dry Skin. All formulas are fragrance and paraben free.

Say goodbye to parched skin and embrace a radiant, youthful complexion. Your skin deserves the best, and the Lucid range is here to deliver it. Try it for yourself and witness the transformative power of these exceptional ingredients. Your journey to luminous skin starts now!

SLAY your Nighttime Skin Routine! - 0 Comments
SLAY your Nighttime Skin Routine!

SLAY your Nighttime Skin Routine!

Great skin is not simply a matter of DNA — your daily habits significantly impact what you see in the mirror and choosing which products to use can be confusing.

Why night cream?

At night the metabolism of the cells close to the surface of your skin accelerates, and night creams are formulated differently to utilise this increased blood and oxygen supply during the night.  Harness the power of sleep time skin care with our go-to-guide for night creams

Routine rocks!

The four main steps of any skin care regime are 1.) cleansing, 2.) nourishing and/or treatment 3.) moisturising, and 4.) using a freshener but the true benefit lies in a consistent routine. There is no quick fix; the goal is to fine-tune your complexion and troubleshoot or target any problem areas. As your skin needs shift with age, so will the products you need and use.

Choose me!

Top Tips

  • Conclude your nightly skin care routine at least 20 minutes before bedtime to allow the active ingredients time to soak into your skin before your head hits the pillow.
  • If you want to boost your night skin care routine, apply any anti-ageing (Forever Young) or treatment (Essense) products after cleansing.
  • Then lightly dab on a generous amount of night cream using clean fingertips.
  • Finish with moisturiser and a freshener

Remember!

Time and consistency are the key elements! Most skin care routines take a while before you start seeing the benefits. A consistent nighttime beauty routine will show results faster.

Unlock the Power of Rooibos for Clear and Healthy Skin - 0 Comments
Are you tired of trying different skin care products and routines that fail to give you the desired results? Well, what if we told you that there is a skin care routine that not only nourishes your skin but also protects it from environmental damage? And the secret ingredient? Rooibos! Introducing the Annique Skin Care Routine - a regimen that leverages the power of Rooibos to give you clearer, healthier and younger looking skin. Here are some of the key things that make the Annique Skin Care Routine so unique: 1. Cleansing only once a day, at night: Unlike some skin care routines that recommend cleansing twice a day, the Annique Skin Care Routine advises cleansing only once a day, preferably at night. This helps to prevent over-drying of the skin, which can cause irritation and breakouts and it helps to preserve the delicate pH of the skin. 2. Press cream onto your face instead of rubbing in: To avoid damaging delicate skin, it is recommended to press the cream onto your face instead of rubbing it in. 3. For dry, dehydrated and mature skin, we recommend moisturising more often during the day. Keeping your skin hydrated is crucial for its health and appearance. Annique's Skin Care Routine recommends moisturizing up to eight times a day, if you have extremely dry skin, for maximum hydration. You can thank us later. 4. Sun protection forms part of the daily Annique skin care routine: Exposure to the sun's harmful UV rays can cause premature ageing and damage to the skin. Annique's Skin Care Routine includes sun protection to prevent these effects. 5. Apply the Freshener as the last step in your skin care regime: Freshener helps to restore the skin's natural pH level and prepare it for the next steps in the routine. We don’t use toners as they can strip the skin of its natural oils and cause irritation and dryness. 6. The Annique foundation is considered to be part of the Annique Skin Care Routine, boasting anti-ageing and moisturising benefits. Our foundations not only provide coverage but also contains anti-ageing and moisturising properties that benefit the skin. What makes Annique's products so unique is the use of Rooibos. Rooibos extract is rich in antioxidants and other nutrients that help to protect the skin from environmental damage, reduce inflammation and promote healthy skin. After all, Annique was first in the world to introduce Rooibos into health and beauty products and our products have been tried and trusted for decades. In conclusion, the Annique Skin Care Routine offers a holistic approach to skin care that leverages the power of natural ingredients like Rooibos. By following this routine, you can achieve clearer, younger and healthier skin that glows from the inside out.
All You Need to Know About Rooibos Cleansers - 0 Comments

Cleansing your face is not just a satisfying end-of-day ritual, it's a critical step in maintaining healthy, radiant skin. A daily cleansing routine can remove dirt, sweat, and makeup, allowing your skin to breathe and repair itself. It can also help prevent acne, spots, and premature ageing.

Adding a Rooibos-infused cleanser to your skin care routine can further boost its benefits, from soothing skin problems like acne to reducing wrinkles. Rooibos is rich in natural skin-soothing antioxidants and also contains anti-ageing benefits.

To ace your cleansing routine, choose a Rooibos cleanser that suits your skin type. If you have dry, mature and sensitive skin, a creamy cleanser is recommended to not dry out the skin. Normal and combination skins can opt for a milky cleanser or gentle soap bar. Oily and problem skins should use a gel cleanser or purifying soap bar. Annique Rooibos has gentle, effective paraben-free cleansers for all skin types.

Wash your face at night only to avoid disturbing your skin's pH balance, and never go to bed with make-up on. Rinse your face with warm Rooibos/Green Rooibos-infused water - not hot! The antioxidants in Rooibos help eliminate the nasty side effects of chlorine and fluoride in tap water. These can dry out, age and irritate the skin. Finally, remember to pat your skin dry gently with a clean towel to avoid rubbing and irritating your skin.

With a consistent cleansing routine that incorporates Rooibos, you can achieve healthy, glowing skin that radiates confidence.

Survey finds a “CUP OF TEA” can keep the romance alive - 0 Comments

University in the UK  showed that it’s not grand bouquets of flowers and boxes of chocolates that keep love alive, but rather selfless gestures, with a cup of tea being singled out as a significant sign of a partner’s affection.

Researchers interviewed close to 5 000 men and women on how to make love last in the 21st century.

The study, which was aptly called “Enduring Love”, found that while saying “I love you” was important, showing love in deed and not only word alone, was valued most.

Thoughtful gifts and generous acts of kindness were described as expressions of love and were not dependent on money or significant dates, such as a birthday or Valentine’s Day. It was rather what the gift or gesture signified that was most important.

Making a cup of tea for your significant other is one of the gestures that can help couples make their love last according to a UK study.

Adele du Toit, spokesperson for the SA Rooibos Council (SARC) says one of the most important facets of our lives is having a meaningful and loving relationship with someone we deeply care about.

“In the modern age of technology, when we are communicating more than ever before, real and personal connections seem to be waning. The constant barrage of tweets, texts and emails has replaced face-to-face interaction. Taking the time to make a cup of tea for our spouse or partner helps to rebuild lost or broken connections while expressing our desire to care for them.

“Sharing a cup of tea with someone is designed to build deeper and more meaningful relationships,” she says. It does so in three ways:

Tea provides a mutual experience that can be enjoyed together.
It consists of an act of kindness. From carefully measuring out the leaves or tea bags, gently pouring the water into the teapot and emptying its contents into your finest cups, make your companion feel appreciated. It’s symbolic of how you feel about them.
Carving out time to be with your special someone in that moment, also encourages richer conversation.

Du Toit remarks that throughout history, people have turned to herbs to express feelings of love, passion and romance. Still, in many cultures, herbs like lavender, spearmint, ginger, damiana, chamomile and lemon balm are celebrated for their romantic powers.

Due to its high antioxidant content, Rooibos too is considered one such aphrodisiac. The popular herbal infusion stimulates neurons to keep firing feel-good messages to the brain, which is considered the most important organ in the body when it comes to intimacy.

Du Toit says antioxidants aren’t naturally produced in the body, but are obtained through consuming fruits, vegetables or tisanes, like Rooibos.

“Showing affection to your loved one on Valentine’s Day doesn’t have to break the bank. While appreciated, grand romantic gestures aren’t always as nurturing as connecting with the one you love over a cup of tenderly made Rooibos. Carving out quality time will make your partner feel seen, heard and loved.”

To find a romantic Rooibos infusion that’ll match your type of lover, go to www.sarooibos.co.za or surprise them with a Rooibos love potion or an indulgent Rooibos and hibiscus bath.

A love potion to share with the one that holds your heart

  • ½ cup loose leaf Rooibos
  • ¼ cup dried rose petals
  • 2 cinnamon sticks, crushed
  • 2 whole vanilla beans, chopped
  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp pink peppercorns

Optional: 1 tbsp dried ashwagandha root (indigenous to Southern Africa, commonly called geneesblaarbossie (Afrikaans), winter cherry (English), ubuvimbha (Zulu), ubuvuma (Xhosa) and bofepha (Sotho)

Combine all ingredients in a jar, lightly stir or shake until loosely combined. Seal and store out of direct sunlight until ready to use. To make the tisane, boil water and place 1-2 tbsp of the loose leaf in a French press, tea strainer or teabag. Pour hot water over tea and allow to steep for 5-10 min before serving. Serve alone or with a splash of milk and raw honey.

Sinus and Hay Fever Sorted! - 0 Comments
Sinus and Hay Fever Sorted!
A sinus infection occurs when your nasal cavities become infected, swollen, and inflamed. This is usually caused by a virus but can persist for long periods of time and worsen with allergies.
